Welcome to Pathway to You. By accessing or using our website [pathwaytoyou.co.uk] (the “Site”) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Interpretation & Definitions

In these Terms:

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Pathway to You.
“You” or “Client” means any individual or entity using the Site or purchasing services.
“Services” means coaching, programmes, courses, digital products, or other offerings provided by us.

2. Eligibility

You confirm you are over the age of 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

interfere with or restrict others’ access
reverse engineer or misuse content
upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful material

4. Services, Payment & Refunds

We will provide clear details of Services, deliverables, timelines and fees prior to securing a booking.
Payment terms (e.g. deposit, upfront or instalments) will be outlined in advance of securing the booking.
Refunds and cancellations will be handled in accordance with our refund policy, which will be clearly communicated before purchase.
24 hours’ notice must be provided in order to qualify to receive the refund.
24 hour’s notice must be provided to reschedule, failure to do so will result in the session deemed attended.
Services are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to engage in good faith, provide honest and timely information, and participate fully in any coaching programmes or services to achieve the best possible outcomes.
You understand that all coaching services, tools and guidance provided through Pathway to You are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment. You remain fully responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, including any decisions, actions or outcomes that arise from your participation in the coaching process.
If you have any medical or mental health concerns, you should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Intellectual Property & Materials

All content provided by us, including materials, branding and resources, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
You are granted a limited licence to use materials for your personal or agreed purposes only.
Coaching outputs and reflective materials created by you belong to you.

7. Confidentiality

We will keep your personal information and any coaching discussions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from the use of the Site or our services.
Our total liability for any direct loss shall be capped at the amount paid for the relevant services.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or your access to the Site if you breach these Terms or act unlawfully. Outstanding fees or obligations remain payable on termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes should first be addressed informally. If not resolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
